Teriyaki Salmon

Try this delicious recipe for teriyaki salmon from Bob in the meat department. Enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1 ½ lbs of salmon
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup of Teriyaki sauce
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. of butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Place salmon in a large piece of foil on a cookie sheet
  3. Top with teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and butter
  4. Fold foil edges together, enclosing salmon
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes
