Severino has been making quality local pasta for over 50 years and is still family owned. In 1971, the original founders of Severino, Joseph and Anna Maria, learned pasta making in Rome from Umberto Casoli, and fifty-two years and three generations later we have what is now Severino Pasta. The decades of experience have allowed the Severino family to both perfect their handcrafted pastas and expand their repertoire.
