Sauerkraut and Quick Pickles

CO-OP board members Lori Knauer and Lauren McKinney will start a batch of sauerkraut in the workshop. They will bring some samples of quick pickles and recipes. And here’s where you come in! Please bring some quick pickles for us to sample, along with recipes. Or if you have some sauerkraut hanging around, do bring some. And please bring a friend! The friend does not need to be pickled, although that would make things interesting.
