Great news! In addition to the fantastic breweries and creameries attending the 5th Annual Beer & Cheese Event on Friday, February 26th, the Swarthmore CO-OP is thrilled to announce a new vendor addition to the lineup, Castle Island, which is Local Abundance’s branded charcuterie.
Castle Island offers high quality, mouth-watering meats, and they will be featured at the Beer & Cheese Event. The offerings at the event will include Apple Wood Smoked Duck Breast, Apple Wood Smoked Turkey Breast, and two irresistible bacon varieties. Patrons will be able to sample and learn about their amazing offerings. Their products will also be available for purchase at the CO-OP.
In addition to Castle Island’s great selection of meats, the CO-OP will also carry their Scottish and Norwegian Smoked Salmon. The smoked salmon offered through Castle Island is the exact same smoked salmon that used to be available through River & Glen.
