Believe it or not, it’s time to think about summer!
Just for Media and Swarthmore members, we have a nifty change to the way Greener Partners is organizing the season — BYOB, which stands for Build Your Own Box. Here’s how it works:
- Go online each week and choose from a list of 10-15 available items.
- The farmers will harvest and pack your custom box and deliver it to you in Media or Swarthmore!
- You get to choose your favorites — and when you want to experiment.
There are two big reasons to join now:
- Our (young, dedicated, awesome) farmers are ordering seeds and supplies now. If you want to support the farm when they need it most, now is the best time to join.
- A great offer: if you buy before the end of February, you get a $20 coupon for additional Pick-Your-Own fruits and veggies, which is a week’s worth of veggies from a medium share.
And, revenues from CSA subscriptions support our nonprofit educational and food access work throughout the Philadelphia area. You’re helping kids and elders from disadvantaged neighborhoods learn how to grow, harvest and cook fresh organic vegetables while you’re feeding your own family.
