The Swarthmore Co-op is looking for individuals to fill three upcoming Board of Director vacancies, beginning April 2016. Terms run for three consecutive years. The Co-op believes in the importance of providing local and sustainable food, while seeking to fill all aspects of a community grocery store. We are searching for three like-minded people, who are interested in promoting the health, well-being and future of this important community food cooperative. To learn more about the Board, its goals and functions, please email Carol Savery. The Board has a strong commitment to creating an inclusive environment that values a diversity of experience, cultural background, and opinion. We seek prospective Board members from every corner of our Co-op member community. All candidates must be current Swarthmore Co-op members.
