Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of Camembert
- 1 clove of Garlic Sliced thinly
- 2 stems of Thyme leaves only
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine half of the extra virgin olive oil, all of the thyme and all of the garlic in a bowl.
- Make sure all of the thyme and garlic are coated in oil.
- Score the top of the camembert in a grid like pattern
- Tuck the garlic and thyme into slits on top of the camembert.
- Drizzle the rest of the olive oil on top of camembert and
- Season with the salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the camembert is runny.
