Conquer the Pie Crust

Many of us tremble at the thought of making pie crusts. Cast your fears aside for this class, where the motto is “Don’t be afraid of the dough.” Just in time for Thanksgiving, you will make, and take home, one savory crust and one sweet crust. And you get to eat a piece of pie, of course! Please bring two pie plates or tart pans, a rolling pin, a pastry cutter/blender, and a mixing bowl.
