- 1 lb. of beef short ribs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbs. all purpose flour
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup beef stock
- Season beef ribs with salt & pepper
- Dredge seasoned ribs in flour to coat, then shake off excess
- Heat oil in large pan and brown the beef ribs on all sides.
- Remove beef ribs from the pan and de-glaze with red wine and beef stock.
- Return the beef ribs to the pan and simmer over very low heat for 2 hours.
