• 1 lb. of beef short ribs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbs. all purpose flour
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cup beef stock


  1. Season beef ribs with salt & pepper
  2. Dredge seasoned ribs in flour to coat, then shake off excess
  3. Heat oil in large pan and brown the beef ribs on all sides.
  4. Remove beef ribs from the pan and de-glaze with red wine and beef stock.
  5. Return the beef ribs to the pan and simmer over very low heat for 2 hours.
