Baked Camembert


  • 1 wheel of Camembert
  • 1 clove of Garlic Sliced thinly
  • 2 stems of Thyme leaves only
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine half of the extra virgin olive oil, all of the thyme and all of the garlic in a bowl.
  3. Make sure all of the thyme and garlic are coated in oil.
  4. Score the top of the camembert in a grid like pattern
  5. Tuck the garlic and thyme into slits on top of the camembert.
  6. Drizzle the rest of the olive oil on top of camembert and
  7. Season with the salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until the camembert is runny.
